The availability of your chosen accommodation will be checked for the time that you require it and a reply will be sent to you by e-mail. The cost of the accommodation will be confirmed at this time.
To book your accommodation:

Once I have received your booking form, I will send you details of the accommodation owner’s bank details so that you can pay the deposit into the accommodation owner’s bank account by bank transfer. The balance must be paid in cash on your arrival at your holiday accommodation.
As soon as we have been notified by the accommodation owner that your deposit has arrived, I will send you confirmation of your booking, a receipt for your deposit and a statement of the balance to be paid on your arrival.

The deposit for the holiday secures the accommodation for you for the dates that you stated on the booking form. Accommodation owners usually have to refuse other bookings for the property for the time that you have booked it, so for this reason, once the booking is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the holidaymaker is strongly advised to take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
All properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. If you have any concerns about the property, you should contact Laszlo and Sheelagh Lipot immediately and we will take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. All properties should be left in the same state of cleanliness and tidiness as they were found on arrival.
