Tinody U.5 is a simply furnished bungalow in a very good location, close to Lake Balaton and the shops. It consists of two ground floor apartments with two extra beds in the loft conversion.. The larger apartment is open plan and consists of a kitchen area, dining area, bathroom, two double beds, one single bed and the two extra beds and living space in the loft area.

The second apartment is smaller and is arranged maisonette style. It consists of a large living room with a double bed and a single bed.

There is a good sized bathroom but the kitchen facilities are very basic. The kitchen consists of a two burner camp stove, a tiny fridge and a small sink. Despite the primitive kitchen, guests return year after year because of the good location, the warm relationship with the owner and the abundance of good cheap restaurants in the area.

The apartments are a two minutes stroll from the lake, with no main roads to cross. The shops, restaurants, railway station and the marina are all very close and easily accessible.
